Smart Thermostat Installation Install Google/Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, Emerson, Sensi, Bosch and many others. This service list the base installation cost for setting up and configuring a Smart Thermostat. Other installation options may be added to this service for customization. The service covers all types of HVAC systems. SERVICE INCLUDES: + Installation Site Evaluation, to confirm that the thermostat device and HVAC system are compatible and that the mounting or setup location is compatible. + Product unboxing and site preparation, removal of existing unit. + Identifying and testing for a continuous 24 v power source. + Properly wiring and installing thermostat in place. + Install and configure Smartphone App to customer smart devices if applicable + Test HVAC operations to ensure full functionality. + Provide user operating instructions if needed SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: + C-Wire Installation (Can be added during Install) + Thermostat Device + HVAC system repairs + Thermostat Repairs + Ownership Transfer (If the device was previously owned by someone else, proper steps must be followed to activate the device, our technicians can assist)
