Service Description

Bundled Video Doorbell Installation This service list the base installation cost for setting up and configuring a Video Doorbell as well as replacement of the existing electric transformer that powers the doorbell network. Other installation options may be added to this service for customization and need. This service is compatible all types of conventional residential doorbell systems. SERVICE INCLUDES: +Materials needed to perform task including wiring, hardware and the transformer device + Installation Site Evaluation, to confirm that the video doorbell device is compatible with the existing doorbell network, and to determine the power requirements of the transformer device. + Product unboxing and site preparation, removal/replacement of existing doorbell unit. + Identifying and replacing the existing power transformer. + Properly wiring and installing the video doorbell in place. + Install and configure Smartphone App to customer smart devices if applicable + Testing the transformer and video doorbell operations to ensure full functionality. + Provide end-user operating instructions if needed SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: + Video Doorbell Device + Internal wiring repairs + Ownership Transfer (If the device was previously owned by someone else, proper steps must be followed to activate the device, our technicians can assist)
