Service Description

Smart Thermostat Installation Install Google/Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, Emerson, Sensi, Bosch and many others. This service list the base installation cost for setting up and configuring a Smart Thermostat along with a C-Wire configuration for needed constant power to most Smart Thermostats. Other installation options may be added to this service for customization. This service covers all types of HVAC systems. SERVICE INCLUDES: + Installation Site Evaluation, to confirm that the thermostat device and HVAC system are compatible and that the mounting or setup location is compatible. + Product unboxing and site preparation, removal of existing unit. + Identifying and testing for a continuous 24 v power source. + Installing a C-Wire to supply constant power to the thermostat + Properly wiring and installing thermostat in place. + Install and configure Smartphone App to customer smart devices if applicable + Test HVAC operations to ensure full functionality. + Provide user operating instructions if needed SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: + The Thermostat Device + HVAC system repairs + Thermostat Repairs + Ownership Transfer (If the device was previously owned by someone else, proper steps must be followed to activate the device, our technicians can assist)
