The following information outlines our refunds and returns policy. Our company is primarily service oriented, offering installation and repair services for the most part. In some cases we also offer certain products related to the installation and repair services that we perform. So, this policy will be used to govern the way refunds and returns are handled. Because we deal with both services and products, this policy will vary slightly from traditional products only, or service only organizations.

Services

Our customers can enjoy peace of mind with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for services. That means that anything that goes wrong with, or is found deficient, defective, or incorrect with the installation service work that we’ve done, Installation Guy will fix it for free or offer a full refund.

Although in most cases the customer will purchase the devices that we install, we sometimes supply the devices and accessories that we install. We will only offer corrective fixes or refunds in cases where the installation was not performed properly or the installation is clearly problematic. Our refund/returns policy for services covers a 30-Day period from the date of purchase. If 30-Days have passed since your purchase, the transaction is then outside of the window of coverage and is not eligible for a corrective fix or refund. Products

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee also holds true for any products that we supply. Occasionally our customers may need audio video, or data cables such as HDMI, fiber optic, ethernet or even power cables that are supplied at the time of service. These and any other products that we provide will be covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for products.

For a product to qualify for replacement or refund, it must clearly be defective.
