Raymond was amazing, start to finish. After my initial request for his services, he stayed in touch with me, letting me know he was working me in as quickly as possible. Even after the appointment was scheduled, he stayed in contact with me when he was delayed in heavy traffic. Raymond explained what he was doing during the entire repair- process and answered all of my questions in a way that my technologically-challenged self could clearly understand! Although my repair took more time than originally planned, he treated me as if I were his only customer for the day. Although he may have to work late today because of going the extra mile to meet my needs, he assured me it was not an imposition.
